When is the Festival on?

Where is the Venue?

Cheltenham Racecourse, Evesham Road, Prestbury, Cheltenham GL50 4SH

The entrance is off the main roundabout and into the main entrance to the Cheltenham Racecourse.

What is the Blues Brews & BBQs Festival?

The festival is a celebration of great blues music, excellent craft drinks and amazing food, what more can we ask for? The festival is organised by the team who have been running the Cheltenham Food & Drink Festival for the past 13 years, so we have a good track record of putting on good family festivals.


Tickets are available on our website (you are on it, Just click on the ticket button) and also Eventbrite and See Tickets.

Early Bird Tickets start from just £12.50, if you are one of the early bird tickets purchases you will get them at that price. Early bird tickets are available from the 1st March until the 30th April 2022.

The tickets are hosted on Eventbrite and See Tickets. Both companies add a booking fee, unfortunately we do not have control of those.

The cost of admission is the fee for Entry, this helps us cover costs such as – hire charges for the venues, lighting, set up and the musical entertainment. There are also cleaning, insurance, security, and administrative costs.


What is the latest time for admittance?

The last admission is one hour before the festival ends. Therefore 9pm as the festival ends at 10.15pm

All public must be off the site by 11.00pm to comply with the venue licensing.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we are a dog friendly festival, the only three things we ask is that you clean up after your dog and ensure your dog can handle large crowds as we do not want your dog getting stressed and biting people. Also, for the comfort of everyone please always keep your dog on a lead as they may get tempted by the great tastes on offer.

Can I bring a chair and a rug?

Yes not a problem to bring a chair and a rug to sit on.

Can I pay with cash or card?

Yes both can be used though card may be quicker.

What is there to drink?

Craft Beer, Craft Cider, Gin, Rum, soft drinks, bottled water, coffee and tea, Wine and Prosecco!

Can we bring our own food and drink?

No, we have some amazing food and drink on offer so we do not allow you to bring your own food.

What parking is available at the festival?

Parking is available on site at the racecourse, please follow the signs and the directions of the Traffic Marshals.

There is limited Disabled parking onsite for Blue Badge holders.

What are your opening hours?

Saturday 10am to 10.15pm


We have toilets on site with designated women and men toilets. We have a dedicated team to ensure the toilets are sanitized throughout the day.
